This website's sales are subject to right of withdrawal in accordance with article 64 of Legislative Decree 206/05.
The Customer who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal must send, within 14 (fourteen) workdays since receiving the products, a registered letter. Otherwise, always within 14 (fourteen) workdays since receiving the products, they may also send a telegram, an e-mail, or a fax, providing that their intention to withdraw is then confirmed through registered letter within the following 48 (forty-eight) hours.

The aforementioned registered letter is to be sent at the following address:

and must contain:

• declaration of intent to avail oneself of the benefits afforded by the law;
• indication of the relevant product;
• number of any bill or substitutive tax documents;
• data related to one's own bank or post account.

In order to obtain reimbursement of the amount due, within the same time frame of 14 (fourteen) days since receiving the products, the customer will also have to return to sender via mail or courier the product for which they intend to exercise the right of withdrawal, along with its relative sales invoice or substitutive tax document.

Within 30 (thirty) days since receiving communication in which the client expresses the intent to exercise right of withdrawal, Francesca Dell'Oro will reimburse the sum, through bank transfer or deposit on post office account. The aforementioned reimbursement exclusively refers to the product's price; in any case, ancillary shipping and delivery expenses will not be reimbursed and, therefore, will be at the Customer's expense.

Right of withdrawal is still subject to the following conditions:

• the right is applied to the product in its entirety;
• it isn't possible to exercise the right of withdrawal only on a part of the product;
• the product purchased will need to be whole and completely undamaged, and returned in its original package, perfectly sealed, complete of all of its parts (including packaging materials and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, etc).

The delivery, up until confirmed delivery to Francesca Dell'Oro's storehouse, is under the Customer's full responsibility; in case of damage to the goods during transportation Francesca Dell'Oro will communicate so to the Customer (within five workdays since delivery of the goods to her storehouse), in order to allow them to promptly sue the carrier.
In this eventuality, the product will be made available for return to the Customer, at the same time cancelling the withdrawal request.

The right to withdrawal is forfeit, due to the absence of the fundamental condition of product integrity (packaging and/or its content), in case Francesca Dell'Oro should ascertain: the absence of the original external packaging and/or internal one; the absence of essential elements of the product (accessories, manuals, parts, etc.).

In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, Francesca Dell'Oro shall return the purchased good to the client charging them shipping costs.

Please note: Customers who purchase with VAT identification number may not exercise the right of withdrawal.
